Built for real inbound business calls—not spam.
These rules protect callers, customers, telephone networks, and the reliability of the service.
1. Inbound receptionist use by default
DileAI is designed to answer legitimate calls initiated by people contacting the customer’s business. Unless DileAI gives prior written approval and enables a compliant feature, customers may not use the service to initiate outbound calls, broadcast messages, run dialing campaigns, contact purchased or scraped lists, or cause another system to generate calls into an DileAI number.
2. Robocalls, consent, and do-not-call compliance
You may not use DileAI to make or facilitate an artificial-voice, prerecorded, autodialed, or telemarketing call without every consent, disclosure, identification, opt-out, time-of-day, suppression-list, and recordkeeping measure required by the TCPA, Telemarketing Sales Rule, state law, and other applicable rules. You must honor revocation and do-not-call requests promptly. An established business relationship does not automatically authorize an artificial-voice or prerecorded telemarketing call. Caller ID spoofing, misleading identity, consent laundering, lead-generator consent that does not cover the actual caller, and attempts to evade carrier or regulator controls are prohibited.
3. Recording and AI disclosure
You are responsible for determining when law requires notice that a caller is interacting with an automated or AI system and configuring an appropriate greeting. You are also responsible for all-party or one-party consent requirements that apply to transcription, monitoring, or recording. Do not remove required notices or instruct the receptionist to misrepresent itself as a specific real person.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, deceptive claims, illegal products, or evasion of law enforcement or platform controls.
- Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, repeated unwanted contact, or calls intended to annoy, abuse, or create artificial traffic.
- Emergency dispatch, 911 replacement, crisis intervention, or use where a delayed or incorrect response could create imminent harm.
- Collecting passwords, full payment-card data, Social Security numbers, authentication codes, or unapproved regulated data.
- Reselling, sublicensing, pooling, or sharing one subscription or number as a call center for unrelated businesses.
- Load testing, call loops, self-calling, bot-to-bot traffic, manufactured calls, traffic pumping, toll fraud, number reputation manipulation, or activity intended primarily to consume resources.
- Malware, unauthorized access, security testing without written permission, or interference with networks, providers, or other customers.
5. Call-credit use
Call credits are intended for legitimate incoming calls to the subscribed business. They may not be used for automated or manufactured traffic, resale, shared call-center use, call loops, traffic pumping, spam, or activity that threatens service reliability, telephone-number reputation, or legal compliance.
Credit ownership does not prevent us from acting immediately when needed to stop fraud, illegal calling, security threats, carrier intervention, material network harm, or an ongoing violation. Any unused-credit treatment following suspension or termination is governed by the Terms.
5A. Unlimited inbound use
An unlimited plan is intended to remove ordinary minute anxiety for legitimate inbound calls to one subscribed business; it is not an unlimited right to consume network or AI resources. It excludes outbound campaigns, unsolicited callbacks, traffic generation, resale, unrelated businesses, call-center pooling, artificial or bot-originated calls, and other prohibited conduct. We may contact customers about unusual usage, apply safeguards, move an account to a suitable custom plan, or limit service when necessary to preserve lawful and reliable operation.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, require proof of consent or lawful purpose, limit affected features, quarantine a number, suspend traffic, or terminate an account. When practical and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Customers are responsible for their users, agents, instructions, data sources, and anyone using their account. They must reasonably cooperate with abuse investigations and preserve relevant consent and compliance records.
7. Reporting abuse
Report suspected spam, spoofing, fraud, unauthorized calls, or compromised accounts through DileAI Support. Include the business number, approximate time, and a concise description, but do not send passwords or full payment-card information.
